杭州之靈在運(yùn)河，

運(yùn)河之昌在杭人。

杭州之美在西湖，

西湖之韻在山水。

杭州之水在錢塘，

錢塘天籟在于潮。

杭州之舟在湘湖，

湘湖之帆獨(dú)木舟。

杭州之戀西湘記，

西湘雙蝶共圓夢(mèng)。

杭州之山在富春，

富春之秀在山居。

杭州之盛在潮涌，

潮涌之源在自然。

The spirit of Hangzhou is in the canal.

The prosperity of the canal lies in the Hangzhou peoples.

The beauty of Hangzhou lies in the West Lake.

The charm of the West Lake lies in the Mountains and Water.

The water of Hangzhou is located in Qiantang.

In Qiantang, the sound of nature lies in the tide.

The boat of Hangzhou is located in Xianghu Lake,

The sail of Xianghu Lake is canoe.

Hangzhou Love of West Lake and Xianghu Lake,

The West Lake and Xianghu Lake double butterflies have their dreams together.

The mountains of Hangzhou is located in Fuchun.

The beauty of Fuchun is in the mountains’ living.

The prosperity of Hangzhou is in the tidal bore.

The source of the tide comes from nature. 

謝永明個(gè)人事跡

謝永明，浙江杭州蕭山人。畢業(yè)于中國科學(xué)技術(shù)大學(xué)。生態(tài)環(huán)境部對(duì)外交流中心研究員，中國農(nóng)工民主黨黨員。曾任：生態(tài)環(huán)境部國際合作司處長，中國常駐聯(lián)合國環(huán)境規(guī)劃署代表處一等秘書，北京師范大學(xué)客座教授，北京理工大學(xué)、中國礦業(yè)大學(xué)（北京）校外指導(dǎo)老師，中國農(nóng)工民主黨北京市委委員，農(nóng)工黨北京市委高層協(xié)商專家委員會(huì)成員，北京市人民政府“人民建議人”（1997-2002年），歐美同學(xué)會(huì)加拿大分會(huì)理事，國際雜志J. EES（加拿大）編委。

國內(nèi)最早研究環(huán)境水質(zhì)模型的學(xué)者之一，“活水城市”創(chuàng)新理念第一人。出版《環(huán)境水質(zhì)模型概論》等多部專著，在國內(nèi)外雜志發(fā)表近百篇研究論文，文章多次榮獲年度“好文章”獎(jiǎng)；攝影作品曾獲獎(jiǎng)，并發(fā)表于人民日?qǐng)?bào)海外版，詩歌曾榮獲中央國家機(jī)關(guān)十八大精神主題賽詩會(huì)優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)；2020年8月出版詩集《心照：故鄉(xiāng)?故土》。
